多指标正交优选乌鳖颗粒提取工艺

Optimization of Extracting Process of Wubie Granules with Orthogonal Design of Multi-index

目的优选乌鳖颗粒提取工艺。方法以二苯乙烯苷含量、川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量以及正丁醇萃取得率为指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验相结合筛选乌鳖颗粒提取工艺。结果优选的工艺条件为:加8倍量水煎煮2次,每次60min。结论优选的工艺可行,适合工业化生产。

Objective To optimize the extracting process of Wubie Granules.Methods Single factor and orthogonal design were used to optimize extracting process.The content of tetrahydroxystilbene-glucoside and asperosaponin Ⅵ and the extractive rate of n-butyl alcohol were index.Results The optimum extraction process were as follows：water as solvent,8 times of water amount,2 times of extraction and 60 minutes per time.Conclusion The optimal extraction process is feasible,which can be used in industrial production.
