摘要
目的优选乌鳖颗粒提取工艺。方法以二苯乙烯苷含量、川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量以及正丁醇萃取得率为指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验相结合筛选乌鳖颗粒提取工艺。结果优选的工艺条件为:加8倍量水煎煮2次,每次60min。结论优选的工艺可行,适合工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the extracting process of Wubie Granules.Methods Single factor and orthogonal design were used to optimize extracting process.The content of tetrahydroxystilbene-glucoside and asperosaponin Ⅵ and the extractive rate of n-butyl alcohol were index.Results The optimum extraction process were as follows:water as solvent,8 times of water amount,2 times of extraction and 60 minutes per time.Conclusion The optimal extraction process is feasible,which can be used in industrial production.
