摘要
核电厂主蒸汽管道U形箍防甩键荷载分析是一个集多种非线性于一体的动力学问题,文中根据运动学公式,利用简化方法推导出核电厂管道环向断裂下的U形箍防甩键最大动力荷载,并在此基础上探讨管道初始弹性变形对管道甩击荷载的影响,本文的求解方法和结论可供核电厂防甩装置设计参考。
The dynamic responsed analysis for U-shape pipe whip restraint device (PWRD) of main steam pipe is a highly nonlinear dynamic problem. This paper propose a simplified method to solve the maximum dynamic load of U-shape PWRD under a full separation circumferential break of pipe,the influence of pipe elastic deformation on the dynamic load of PWRD is also discussed on the basis of the simplified method. The method and conclusions can be the reference to PWRD design for nuclear power plant.
