摘要
选用苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和少量的N,N—二甲基,N—丁基,N—(3—甲基丙烯酰胺基)丙基溴化铵(DBMPA),以阳离子自由基型引发剂进行无皂乳液聚合,合成了稳定的无皂阳离子共聚物乳液,用粒度分布仪表征了胶平均直径、数目,用离子交换—电导滴定分析胶粒表面性质;通过表面张力、DSC等分析了胶乳的稳定性和胶膜的结构性能。
Soapfree cationic emulsion copolymerization of styrene (St) and butyl acrylate (BA) in the presence of cationic comonomer N,Ndimethyl,Nbutyl,N(3methacrylamidino)propyl ammonium bromide (DBMPA) was carried out using 2,2azobis (isobutyramidine hydrochloride)(AIBA) as initiator The size (D w),number(Np),and the surface properties of latex particles were characterized by means of PCS particle size analysizer,ionicexchange conductimetric titration respectively The stability of latex and the property of film were characterized using surface tension analysizer and DSC respectively
