摘要
在煤矿的旋转机械中,滚动轴承是最为普通的一种,也是最易造成损环的一种机械零件,它产生的故障在所有的机械设备故障中是占了很大比例的。所以,滚动轴承的故障分析和防治措施收到了相当大的重视。又因为轴承的使用状况、安装的情况和载荷等等因素,测得的信号往往是含有多种的干扰信号。因此,对诊断产生了一定的难度。
The rolling bearing is the most common one in the rotating machinery of coal mine, also a mechanical part which is most likely to cause damage, the faults it produces are accounted for a large proportion in the failure of all mechanical equipment. Therefore, the rolling bearing failure analysis and prevention measures have received considerable attention. For the factors of bearing using conditions,installation, and load,etc.,the measured signal is often mixing with a variety of interference signals. Therefore, the diagnosis has a certain degree of difficulty.
