摘要
对宝鸡—德阳直流输电工程极II和双极系统调试进行了分析和总结。在系统调试过程中,一次和二次设备运行良好,二次控制保护设备的功能得到了验证;在直流系统的启动/停运、保护跳闸、稳态运行、动态特性、直流功率调制、额定负荷和过负荷运行试验中,直流系统一次和二次控制保护设备功能正常;根据设计规范和标准给出了试验结论;对极II和双极系统调试过程中发现和解决的主要技术问题进行了分析,这些问题的解决保证了宝德直流工程极II和双极系统调试的顺利进行和按时投入运行。
An analysis and summary is made in this paper of the commissioning test of the Baoji to Deyang（abbr.Baode） HVDC project pole II and bipolar system.During the commissioning test,the primary and secondary equipment were tested and performed very well.The primary equipment and the DC control and protection devices worked normally during the start/stop,protection trip,steady operation,dynamic characteristics,DC power modulation,rated power load and overload operation test of HVDC system,and the testing results are presented according to the design specifications.The main technical problems occurring during the commissioning test of the pole II and bipolar system of the Baode HVDC transmission project are analyzed in detail in this paper.The solution of those problems guaranteed the smooth execution of system commissioning test and in time operation of this project.
