油田井下作业施工造成的井控风险、环境污染和资源浪费很难避免,科学管理、引进新工艺和新技术是降低井控风险,减少环境污染和资源浪费的关键。本文介绍了安塞油田引进的各种井下作业清洁生产技术,并对存在的问题及应对措施进行了探讨,以期为其他油田的井下作业提供技术指导。

The risk of well control,pollution prevention and wasting of resources, which may take place in borehole operation, cannot be avoided efficiently. Scientific management and introduction of new technology could help us to do well in the precaution of well control and pollution prevention so we could confine the extent of wasting of resources and environmental pollution to the minimum and push forward the development of oilfield.
