摘要
某高速公路在2009年路面罩面维修中采用厂拌泡沫冷再生技术进行基层的铺筑。首先在室内进行了沥青发泡温度和发泡用水量的试验,确定了发泡技术指标,并进行了冷再生混合料的性能试验,确定了最佳泡沫沥青用量;在冷再生基层施工过程中进行了压实度、冻融劈裂、车辙等检测,检测结果均表现出良好的路用性能。
Plant-mixed foam cold recycling technology was adopted to pave base in the maintenance of pavement overlay of one expressway in 2009.Indoor tests of foaming temperature and water consumption are conducted to determine the foaming technical index,performance tests of cold recycled mixture are conducted to determine the optimum amount of foaming asphalt,and tests of compactness ,freeze-thaw split and rutting are also conducted during the construction of cold regenerative base.The test results reflect good road performance.
