摘要
叙述了低温等离子体对聚碳酸酯(PC)材料的表面改性,并通过接触角和表面能的测量,研究工作气体和处理时间对改性的影响及改性后的时效性。实验结果表明,PC表面经等离子体改性后,接触角减少;表面能增加;浸润性得到改善。但随着放置时间的延长,这些良好的性能又逐渐退化,两个月后接近改性前的状态。
The effects of work gases and treatment time on the surface modification and its ageing were studied through the measurments of contact angle and surface energy. The experimental results show that the contact angle is decreased and surface energy is increased significantly after treatment, and the wettability is enhanced. But those good properties decayed with the delay of layside time, and it was close to the state of nontreatment after two monthes.
