阐述了适于弹性纤维熔融纺丝的聚合物聚氨酯和聚醚酯的结构特点;指出用预聚体作为屏蔽熔体粘弹性添加剂是一种可以提高成品丝强度和有利于稳态纺丝的方法;介绍了弹性纤维生产所采用的干热氮气切片干燥设备、带有混合器的低容量少部位的小型化纺丝设备及低纺速高超喂、低温高湿冷却。
The structural characteristics of the polymer feedstock, polyurethane and polyether ester, practicable for elastic fiber melt spinning were described. It was pointed out that it was a good way to increase the fiber's strength and enhance the steady\|state spinning that prepolymer was adopted to screen the melt from visco\|elasticity. The dried\|and\|hot nitrogen chips drier and low\|capacity\|and\|less\|part packaged spinning unit with mixer as well as parallel spinning that had low spinning speed, high superfeed, low\|temperature\|and\|high\|moisture cooling and low winding tension were introduced.
