社区矫正对象的个性化教育

Personalized Education in the Community Correction

社区矫正是一项系统性工程,而其中个性化教育则是顺利开展社区矫正的重要内容。对社区矫正对象进行个性化教育可以提高社区矫正工作的质量和效果,降低社区矫正对象重新犯罪率,实现社区矫正工作的科学化和社会化。上海市于2005年率先开展社区矫正个性化教育工作,在分类矫正、心理矫正和风险评估基础上,上海市对具有较高重新违法犯罪风险的社区矫正对象开展个性化教育。目前社区矫正个性化教育工作已取得初步成效,但在目标设定、规范标准、工作方法、配套设施以及矫正工作者业务水平等方面还存在不少问题,仍然有待完善。为此,需要对个性化教育进行深入论证,增强社区矫正工作的针对性、有效性和科学性,进而为实践部门提供科学指导。

Community correction is a systematic project,and personalized education is an important element for the smooth carrying out of such corrections.Personalized education can improve both the efficiency and effect of community correction,and guarantee a scientific and socialized community correction.In 2005,Shanghai began the personalized education in community correction.Based on classified correction,psychological correction and risk evaluation,Shanghai carried out personalized education on the subjects who are potential for further crimes.So far,personalized education in the community correction has achieved preliminary success,but there are still some problems with determination of subjects,norms,methods and so on.Therefore,we should probe into personalized education and perfect community correction,so as to provide scientific guidance to administration departments.
