摘要
从激光的物理特性出发,阐述了激光辐照种子所能产生的生物学效应,介绍了激光诱变育种技术的兴起、进展、所取得的成果和实施该技术所应用的仪器设备,探讨了激光育种的诱变机理和规律,客观地将该项技术与常规育种技术进行了比较,并对激光诱变育种技术的前景作了展望。
From the aspect of physical characteristics of the laser, the biological effects which were produced by laser irradiation seeds were expounded firstly ; then the rise, progress, results, and the technical equipment of the laser technology were described, the mechanism and regulation of laser induced mutation breeding were summarized and discussed at the same time ; finally the laser induced mutation breeding technology were compared with the conventional breeding technologies objectively, the prospect of the laser induced mutation breeding technology were made in this paper.
