中药复方对草鱼细菌性败血症的防治效果研究

Effects of Chinese Herbal Compound on Bacterial Septicemia of Ctenopharyngodon idellus

[目的]研究五倍子、黄芩等中药组成的复方制剂防治草鱼细菌性败血症的有效性。[方法]采用不同浓度的中药复方(0、1.0%、2.0%、4.0%)饲喂草鱼,7 d后用嗜水气单胞菌对草鱼进行攻毒。[结果]中药复方添加量为2.0%与4.0%时,对草鱼的防治效果最佳,防治率为80.7%,这2种剂量的药饵组与无药组的差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]中药复方能有效防治草鱼细菌性败血症。

[ Objective ] To study the validity of preventing bacterial septicemia of Ctenopharyngodon idellus by Chinese herbal compound, which composed by Chinese gall, Scutellaria baiealensis and so on. [ Method ] Ctenopharyngodon idellus were fed by different concentrations of Chinese herbal compound （0, 1.0% , 2.0% , 4.0% ） , after seven days, Ctenopharyngodon idellus were infected artificially with aeromonas hydrophila. [ Result ] Results showed the preventing effect was notable in 2.0% and 4.0% accession of Chinese herbal compound, the prevention rate was 80.7% , the differences between those two dosages medicine groups and vacancy group were highly significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Chinese herbal compound can he used to prevent bacterial septicemia of Ctenopharyngodon iclellus effectively.
