退浆酶退浆改善黑牛仔服装的酶洗效果 被引量:4

摘要 采用退浆酶DL、枧油和烧碱分别对靛蓝和硫化黑染色牛仔服装退浆后,用中性纤维素酶3NS对其进行酶洗处理.比较了纤维素酶的活力变化,并对织物的颜色深度、强力、毛效、耐磨与柔软性能进行了测试.结果表明:不经酶退浆、碱退浆和枧油退浆后,在酵洗过程中,硫化黑染色织物对纤维素酶的活力有较大的抑制作用,而织物经退浆酶退浆后,纤维素酶的性能基本不受影响.而无论采用哪种方法退浆,对靛蓝染色布酵洗的影响很小. Indigo and sulphur black dyed jean garments were individually desized by desizing enzyme DL, oil soap and sodium hydroxide, followed by bio-stoning treatment using neutral cellulase 3NS. The activity changes of cellulase were compared, and color depth, strength, capillary effect, abrasion resistance and softness of fabrics were tested. The results showed that sulphur black dyed fabrics without desizing or desizing with alkali and soap oil, had great restraining effect to activity of cellulose during biostoning process. However, enzyme desized fabric nearly didn't affect the cellulase activity. Meanwhile any desizing process did not affect the following biostoning of indigo dyed fabric.
