摘要 作者把换向单元较多,电磁结构较完善的电子换向直流电动机叫做New DCM,认为应作为新的研究方向。文中较详细地介绍了9换向单元电动机的电枢绕组电路、位置传感器的放置和电子换向逻辑变化规律等New DCM设计的基础问题。介绍了采用New DCM方案设计制作的新产品,成功地应用于倍捻机换代产品的电锭驱动,具有良好的综合技术经济指标,用实践说明了New DCM的优越性和发展潜力。指出New DCM还要在产品化过程中不断完善和成熟化,才能进一步呈现它的优越性和更广阔的发展前景。 The author defines the electronical commutated DC Motor,which has more commutation units and improved electromagnetic structure,as New DCM,and regards it as a new research field with huge potential.Taking the 9 commutation-units Motor as an example,the basic issues about the designs of New DCM such as armature windings circuit,the installation of position sensor,the logic-transformation discipline of electronically commutation,etc.,are discussed in details.The prototype motor is designed and produced,and successfully applied to the electric spindle drive system of the upgraded two-for-one twister product,which has competitive technical-economic index.The case mentioned above has indicated the superiority and development potential of the New DCM.The paper points out that,the New DCM will present more advantage and will explore more widely application prospect,along with its commercialization process.
