摘要 肿瘤微环境的生物学行为表现为组织缺氧、酸中毒、间质高压形成、大量生长因子和蛋白水解酶产生及免疫炎性反应等特征。黏附分子CD11b/CD18主要分布于中性粒细胞、单核-巨噬细胞、嗜酸粒细胞、细胞毒性T细胞及B细胞等部位。现对CD11b/CD18的生物学特性、CD11b/CD18在肿瘤微环境中的作用及其在部分恶性肿瘤发生、发展、浸润和转移中的作用予以综述。 The biological characteristics in tumor microenvironment are usually characterized by tissue hypoxia,acidosis,interstitial hypertension,production of a lot of growth factors and proteolytic enzyme,immune inflammatory reaction and so on.Adhesion molecules CD11b/CD18 are mainly distributed on neutrophils,monocytes-macrophages,eosinophils,NK cells,cytotoxic T cells,B cells.This paper reviewed the biological characterization of CD11b/CD18,and its roles in tumor microenvironment and the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors.
