摘要
[目的]提高2个山茶花品种的嫩枝扦插生根率,探索不同激素处理对2个山茶花品种嫩枝扦插生根的影响。[方法]用不同的激素和浓度处理插穗,并对插穗生根率、生根数、根长等生根性状指标进行测定。[结果]威尔逊嫩枝扦插最佳的激素处理为NAA 1000mg/L,其生根率可达90.1%;六角大红嫩枝扦插最佳的激素处理为GA31000 mg/L,其生根率可达87.3%。[结论]威尔逊嫩枝扦插以NAA 1000 mg/L处理为好,六角大红嫩枝扦插以GA31000 mg/L处理为好。
[Objective] The research aimed to improve the rooting rate of summerwood cutting of two varieties of Camellia japonica,and study the influence of different hormone and concentration on summerwood cutting and rooting ability.[Method] The summerwood cutting was treated with different hormone and concentration and the rooting characters were measured by rooting rate,average root number,and average root length.[Result] The best hormone treatment on Wilson was 1 000 mg/L NAA,and the rooting rate reached 90.1%.The best hormone treatment on Liujiao Dahongwas 1 000 mg/L GA3,and the rooting rate reached 87.3%.[Conclusion] Treatments were advised in the summerwood cutting of Wilson with 1 000 mg /L NAA,and Liujiao Dahong with 1 000 mg /L GA3.
