摘要
介绍了胶印技术在导电油墨印刷中的应用,通过实验,对高分子胶印导电油墨的转移参数进行了分析,讨论了油墨用量、匀墨时间、最终转移墨量对导电膜层性能的影响。结果表明,增加转移墨量,优化墨层结构,将显著提高导电膜层的导电性能。
The application of offset technique in conductive ink printing was introduced,the transfer parameter of polymer offset conductive ink was analysed through experiment,and the influence of applied amount of ink,the duration of ink distribution and the final transferred amount of ink on the performance of conducting film layer was discussed.The results show that the conductive performance of conducting film layer can be remarkably improved by increasing amount of transferred ink and optimizing the structure of ink layer.
