健商是21世纪人类最新的健康文化和全新的健康理念,健康教育是学校作为一个教育主体的教育职责和义务。通过对南京市高校大学生健商的问卷测试,充分了解学生目前健商的现状,为构建学校健康教育发展提供新的设想,拓宽高校体育教师的教学思路,不断提高学生的健康意识,使其形成良好的体育锻炼的习惯,为国家培养具有健康才智的优秀的高素质人才奠定基础。

Health quotient is human beings＇ freshest health culture and totally new health notion in the 21th century.Health education is the educational duty and obligation of colleges and universities as the main body of education.This paper reveals the present situation of health quotient by analyzing the investigation papers about the health quotient of college students in Nanjing.The author raises new ideas in the development of health education in colleges and universities,hoping to broaden the teaching the students＇ consciousness of health until they form good habits in physical exercise.The ultimate goal lf this paper is to lay foundation for the cultivation of high quality talents with healthy as well as knowledge for out country.
