摘要
本文全面介绍了美国、澳大利亚、欧盟职业教育教师专业能力标准的主要内容,从专业能力标准开发、能力框架、专业能力3个角度对3份能力标准进行比较分析,提出了对我国建立职业教育教师专业能力标准的启示。
NBPTS in the USA, ISC in Australia and TTnet of CEDEFOP have developed competency standards for VET teachers. There are some common characters and differences in development procedure, the frame- work and main competencies among these standards. We can draw on the experience of the development practice and results to develop our own competency standards for vocational and technical education teachers.
