沐舒坦雾化吸入在婴幼儿毛细支气管炎中的应用观察

Mucosolvan Inhalation in Infants with Bronchiolitis

目的探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法随机将120例毛细支气管炎患儿分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。两组患儿均采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在此基础上加用沐舒坦雾化吸入。结果治疗组患儿7d临床治愈率明显高于对照组,发热、咳嗽、喘憋、肺部啰音等消失时间明显短于对照组。结论沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎方法简便,疗效显著,无不良反应发生,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the adjuvant treatment of Muco-solvan inhalation in children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 120 children with bronchiolitis were divided into treatment group 60 cases and control group 60 cases.Two groups of patients were treated using conventional methodst,he treatment group was based on the use Mucosolvan inhalation.Results Clinical cure rate in treatment group was significantly higher in children with 7d therapyf,e-ver,cough,wheezing,pulmonary rales disappeared and so the time was shorter than the control group.Conclusion The efficacy of the treatment group were significantly high cure rate,better than the control group（P 〈 0.01）.
