国际服务外包下接包企业技术创新能力提升路径——基于溢出效应和吸收能力视角 被引量:55

Study on the Technology Capability Improvement of the Service Supplier under International Service Outsourcing——Based on Spillover Effects and Absorbing Capabilities

摘要 国际服务外包可在东道国产生知识或技术溢出效应,这些效应为东道国接包企业从一些低附加价值环节入手而嵌入全球价值链、获取新的知识进而提高其技术创新能力提供了有利的机会。然而,溢出效应不会自动产生,它在很大程度上取决于东道国接包企业的吸收能力,接包企业的吸收能力对于国际服务外包知识溢出及其技术提升起着关键影响作用。本文基于不同国际服务外包模式不同的知识溢出内容,提出了接包企业的学习方式、学习内容以及学习吸收的路径,并结合国际服务外包中不同知识外溢和接包企业的吸收能力,有区别、有针对性地提出了接包企业技术创新能力提升路径。 International service outsourcing can cause knownoledge and techlogy spillover effects in host countries.This effects provide new opportunity and condition for the service providers to gain new knowledge and enhance their technology by embedding in global value chain starting from the low value added parts.Nevertheless,spillover effects can not emerge automatically and rely on service providers absorbing capabilities in host countries to a great extent.It is played an important role for absorbing capabilities from the service supplier to obtain knowledge and technology spillover effects and to improve their technology.The paper,on the one hand,based on different knowledge spillover contents and service outsourcing models,gives the service suppliers some advices on the learning ways,learnig contents and learnig paths;On the other hand,based on different spillover effects and absorbing capabilities,puts forward some choices of paths for the improvement of the suppliers' technology in host countries.
