摘要
通过在ABR反应格室上部增设组合填料,下部投加粒状惰性载体填料形成复合式厌氧折流板反应器(HABR),并用以处理印染废水,研究了反应器的启动特点,水力停留时间(HRT)、污泥回流比对HABR处理印染废水的的影响以及反应器各格室的运行情况。结果表明:复合式厌氧折流板反应器(HABR)对印染废水具有更高的处理效率,当HRT为11~12 h,污泥回流比为0.3时,HABR对印染废水COD、色度的去除率可达47%和56%,且生物相呈现明显的种群配合和良好的沿程分布。
In this work,the printing and dyeing wastewater was treated by a pilot-scale HABR which was modified from general ABR by adding combined packing in the upper part of each compartment and adding inert carrier at the bottom of the reactor.The start-up characteristics of the reactor,the effect of HRT and sludge return ratio on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by HABR and the running characteristics of each compartment were researched.The results show that the HABR has a higher efficiency in treating printing and dyeing wastewater with higher COD and color removal rate.while the hydraulic retention time(HRT) were taken for 12 ~ 13 hours and the sludge return ratio was 0.3,the average COD and color removal rates tends to reach 47% and 56% respectively and the anaerobic bacteria in each compartment developed good based on their available substrates and specific environmental conditions.
