组织公平理论研究述评 被引量:29

摘要 组织公平关注的是组织中人们对雇佣关系中公平的感知。组织公平理论多年来一直是研究者关注的焦点,其研究跨度涉及组织行为学、心理学、人力资源管理等学科,研究成果非常丰富。本文沿着组织公平的定义、组织公平的维度、组织公平的前因变量以及后果变量的脉络,对组织公平理论研究文献进行了述评。
