摘要
建立了液压支架立柱的冲击模型,通过推算液压支架立柱等效刚度,应用能量法分析推导了液压支架立柱冲击动载荷系数的表达式,进而计算了不同立柱的等效刚度和动载荷系数,从而可以求得冲击过程对地基基础的最大作用力,为立柱冲击试验台的配套地基基础提供边界载荷数据,也为进一步研究立柱抗冲击性能以及冲击试验台建设奠定了基础。
The impacting model of column of hydraulic support was established. With the energy method,the expression of the dynamic load coefficient of the column of the hydraulic support was deduced by calculating the equivalent stiffness of the column of the hydraulic support,and then equivalent stiffness and the dynamic load coefficient of different columns were calculated. The maximum impacting force towards the foundations during impacting course was acquired,which provided boundary loading data for foundations of column impacting test bench,as well laid the foundations for studying the anti-impacting property of the column and building the impacting test bench.
