N-乙烯基咔唑/铱配合物共聚物的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Copolymer of N-vinylcarbazole and Iridium Complex

摘要 将N-乙烯基咔唑与二(2-苯基吡啶)(对乙烯基苯甲酸)合铱Ir(ppy)2(VBA)共聚制得了一种含铱配合物的新型聚合物。通过元素分析、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、FT-IR光谱、1H-NMR谱、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、UV-Vis吸收光谱、光致发光(PL)光谱、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析法(TGA)等表征了所得聚合物的结构和性能。GPC测试结果表明,该聚合物数均分子量(Mn)和重均分子量(Mw)分别为9823、25056。聚合物固体膜在505nm处有较强的磷光发射峰,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为218.48℃,起始分解温度(Td)为435.98℃,具有良好的热稳定性,是一种新型绿色磷光材料。 A novel polymer containing Iridium complex was synthesized via radical copolymerization of N-vinylcarbazole and bis(2-phenylpyridine) 4-vinylbenzoate iridium Ir(ppy)2(VBA).The synthesized polymer was characterized respectively by elemental analysis,X-ray fluorescence(XRF) analysis,FT-IR,1H-NMR,gel permeation chromatography(GPC),UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).According to the results of GPC,the number average molecular weight(Mn) and the weight average molecular weight(Mw) of the synthesized polymer were calculated to be 9823 and 25056,respectively,according to the polystyrene standard calibration curve.The synthesized polymer shows a strong phosphorescence peak at 505 nm at room temperature in the solid state,and it exhibits high glass transition temperature of 218.48℃ and high thermal decomposition temperature of 435.98℃.These results suggest that the synthesized polymer is a potential candidate for green phosphorescent material.
