摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建的实用方法和技巧。方法选择成功地进行了三维重建的200例骨和血管病变。扫描层厚3~5mm,重建间隔2~3mm,螺距05~1,数据输入工作站,用遮盖表面显示法进行处理。结果全部病例的三维立体显示良好,病变整体形态、与周围结构的关系从不同位置和角度得以观察。结论高质量的三维图像依赖于技术参数的合理选择和匹配,以及医技人员的操作技巧和熟练程度以及扫描机器的质量。
Objective To explore the practical method and skill in threedimensional reconstruction of spiral CT Methods The bony and vascular lesions in 200 cases were selected for threedimensional reconstruction Collimation was 3-5 mm, Reconstructiom interval 2-3 mm and pitch 05-1 All data were transfered to workstation and processed with shaded surface display method Results The stereoscopic threedimensional images were clearly demonstrated in all cases The entire morphology of lesions and their relation to surrounding structures could be observed from different views and angles Conclusions A high quality threedimensional image depended on paremeters properly selected and matched, the operator's technic and skill as well as the quality of scanner
