摘要
文章针对现在食品安全与包装设计存在的问题,对食品安全要求与绿色包装设计思维进行阐述,进而对食品包装设计材料与工艺的安全性做了系统全面的分析,并列举了真实、经典的案例加以说明,探讨了现代科学技术与包装设计方法对食品安全及环境问题所产生的影响,并建议对推进绿色包装设计系统进行研究,建议设计者应准确把握社会责任,坚持绿色设计的理念与要求。
In view of the problems currently existing in food safety and packing design,this article describes the food safety requirements and the concept of green package design and then makes an comprehensive analysis of the safety of the materials and craft used in packing design of food,which is illustrated with some true and typical examples.It also discusses the effect modern science and technology and packing design methods have on food safety and environmental problems,suggesting that the designers should take on a social responsibility and insist on the ideas and requirements of green design.
