摘要 采用聚酰亚胺中空纤维膜进行低压空气除湿,比较了采用吹扫气和抽真空工艺的除湿效果,考察了进气压力、吹扫气温度、进气量对除湿效率的影响。试验结果表明,采用抽真空工艺的除湿效率要高于吹扫气工艺,但抽真空工艺的气体损失量大;提高进气压力和吹扫气温度有助于增大除湿效率;膜的除湿效率随进气量的增大而减小。 The process for the dehydration for air at low pressure using the polyimide hollow fiber membrane was investigated.The results showed that the dehydration effect using vacuum operation was better than using sweeping gas operation,but it would be losing more gas by vacuum operation.The dehydration efficiency would be increased when the pressure of feed side or temperature of sweeping gas was raised,and decreased when the feed gas flow rate was enhanced.
