孤束核β-内啡肽参与大鼠心肌梗死压力反射钝化及心律失常机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察孤束核β内啡肽(βEP)在大鼠心肌梗死(AMI)压力反射钝化及心律失常中的作用。方法以β内啡肽、β内啡肽抗血清和纳络酮分别注入孤束核观察其对大鼠冠脉结扎前后压力反射敏感性(BRS)和心律失常的影响。结果AMI前给予纳络酮和βEP抗血清均明显提高BRS并对梗死后的心律失常有防治作用,注射βEP则降低BRS。结论孤束核β内啡肽参与大鼠心肌梗死压力反射钝化及心律失常机制。 Objective To observe the role of endorphin in nucleus tratus solitarius(NTS) in the mechanism of blunted baroreflex sensitivity and arrhythmia in myocardial infarction rats. Methods Microinjection of endorphin, endorphin antiserum and naloxone into NTS to observe their effects on baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) and arrhythmia in coronary artery ligated rats. Results microinjection of endorphin antiserum and naloxone into NTS enhance BRS and decrease the severity of ischemic arrhythmia, while microinjection of endorphin into NTS reduces BRS but without effect on ischemic arrhythmia. Conclusion endorphin in nucleus tractus solitarius may be involved in the mechanism of blunted baroreflex sensitivity and arrhythmia in myocardial infarction rats.
