摘要 目的:改进核黄素的合成路线,降低生产成本。方法:通过改变反应起始物,利用发酵生产的廉价D核糖的乙醇溶液和3,4二甲苯胺进行氢化反应。结果:以三步反应获得了最终产物,总收率达40%以上。结论:避免了烦杂的D核糖合成步骤,净化的D核糖发酵液可直接用于氢化反应中,从而简化了核黄素的合成路线,显著降低了生产成本。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the synthesis of riboflavin and to reduce its production cost METHODS: The reported synthetic route was simplified using the alcoholic solution of cheap Dribose from the fermentation broth to react with 3,4xylidine in hydrogenation RESULTS: Final product riboflavin was got by only three steps with total yield of 40% CONCLUSION: The tedious processing of Dribose was discarded and the purified fermentation broth of Dribose could be used directly in hydrogenation Thus, the synthesis of riboflavin was simplified and the production cost was reduced notably
