摘要
一套切实可行的语言教学原则必须依据三个标准确立:理论解释的充分性、原则应用的必要性、教学实施的辅助性及有效性。本文所讨论的现代语言教学十大原则就是建立在以上三个标准基础上的现代语言教学理论,也是每一名专业教师都应该熟悉掌握的教学原则。十大原则包括:以任务为语言教学基本单位;采用"体验学习";提供丰富的输入;提供深度处理的扩展性输入;强调利用语言组块学习;注重语言结构的练习;鼓励大量输入基础上的有效输出;注重反馈纠错,培养学习者的差异意识;尊重学习者内在的语言发展规律;采用多种形式的个人化合作学习。
As is known,any pedagogical principles should be established on the basis of three sets of standards.First,they should be supported by sufficient empirical evidence in the field;second,they must demonstrate the necessity of establishing such principles in teaching and learning;and third,these principles are proven to be facilitative and efficient in learning and teaching.Based on these three standards,this article will discusses 10 methodological principles prevalent in the second language teaching field.The 10 principles include:1) Task as a basic unit of analysis;2) Learning by doing;3)Rich input;4) Elaborated input;5) Chunk learning;6) Focus on form;7) Pushed output;8) Negative feedback;9) Respect learner syllabuses;10) Cooperative and collaborative and individualized learning.
