摘要
运用大型有限元计算软件ANSYS,结合弹塑性有限元理论对Q345锰钢对接接头的温度场和残余应力场进行模拟。有限元模型中选用三维实体单元,考虑材料物理性能随温度的变化和周边热交换。运用生死单元技术模拟焊缝金属的填充过程。得到了三维单层焊和两层焊焊接温度场和残余应力场,并对计算结果进行分析。
The temperature field and residual stress field of Q345 manganese steel butt joint was simulated by ANSYS software combining with FEM theory.The 3D solid element was used to study the properties' changing with temperature and thermal exchange.The life and death technology was applied to simulate the weld metal filling process.The temperature field and residual stress field of 3D single-layer welding and multi-layer welding were obtained,and the calculation results were discussed.
