摘要
由于西塬变110kV母线故障时造成330kV桃曲变的110kV母线电压较低,严重影响了桃曲变其他110kV线路的供电可靠性,因此从西塬变的保护配置、定值整定及运行方式等方面对该问题进行了分析,提出了调整运行方式,采用单回线带单变压器,线路保护的I段牺牲部分选择性,深入西塬变变压器内部的解决方案。虽然采用该方案降低了西塬变的供电可靠性,但提高了330kV桃曲变其他110kV线路的供电可靠性,该方案对于较短的双回线并列运行的相似电网结构有一定的参考作用。
As the Xiyuan substation 110 kV bus failure causes lower voltage of Taoqu substation 110 kV bus,it will seriously affect the power supply reliability of other 110 kV lines of Taoqu substation.The paper made analysis on it from aspects of protection configuration,setting value regulating,operating manner,etc.for Xiyuan substation,proposed the solutions of regulating operating manner,adopting single circuit with single transformer,line circuit protection section-I for partial selectivity,and extending to the transformer inner of Xiyuan substation.Though the solution decreased the power supply reliability of Xiyuan substation,it increased the power supply reliability of other 110 kV lines of Taoqu substation.The solution is of a certain reference function for the parallel operated similar grid structure of shorter double circuit line.
