腭裂语言理解度的概念及其与语音清晰度的关系研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:论证语言理解度是与语音清晰度不同的概念,语言理解度可作为腭裂语音主观评价的方法之一。方法:通过分析正常儿童与腭裂儿童语音的判听结果,比较语言理解度与语音清晰度间的差异关系。结果:腭裂儿童语音清晰度与语言理解度的差异具有统计学意义。结论:语言理解度重视语义,与语音清晰度重视单字发音不同。语言理解度可作为腭裂语音主观评价的方法之一。 Objective To proof the speech intelligibility is a different concept from the articulation intelligibility,and is a kind of subjective assessments of cleft plate speech.Methods Analyze the evaluation results of the normal children and cleft palate children's speech and compare the differences of the speech intelligibility and the articulation intelligibility.Results The difference of speech intelligibility and articulation intelligibility of cleft palate children had statistical significance.Conclusion Speech intelligibility emphasis semantic which is different with articulation intelligibility emphasis pronunciation of signle character.Therefore speech intelligibility can be used as a kind of subjective assessments of cleft plate speech.
