摘要
通过不同干燥速度的颗粒干燥剂的包埋干燥处理及不同的液相替代处理,研究了鲜花干制过程中的防皱问题。结果表明:适当降低颗粒包埋干燥剂的干燥速度或选择干燥速度慢的干燥剂,能有效降低干花的皱缩程度,提高干花的综合外观品质;食用精盐是本试验条件下经济有效的颗粒干燥剂;用不易挥发的有机液剂替代花材中的水分是防止干花皱缩的理想途径, Y T S L是本试验条件下最理想的水分替代的最终替代物;采用逐步替代的方法并保持替代物与被替代物的交换平衡是液相替代成功的关键。
By using dry agents with different dry rates and various organic liquid substituting of water,problems of shrinkproof in flower drying process were studied.The results showed that reducing dry rate of particle agents or selecting particle agents with slow dry rate could effectively reduce the shrink of flowers and improve the quality of dried flower.Edible salt with high quality was an inexpensive and effective dry particle agent.Water in fresh flower replaced by weak volatilized organic liquid was a good way to prevent the shrink of dried flowers.YTSL was a good organic liquid insteading water in fresh flowers. Replacing step by step and balancing between substitution and substance were keys in process of liquid substitution.
