阿立哌唑治疗脑血管病所致精神障碍的对照研究 被引量：8

摘要 选择2007年1月～2009年1月在我院门诊及住院的老年患者54例，男25例，女29例，平均年龄（76．76±7．73）岁，符合脑血管病所致精神障碍诊断，排除其他精神病及硬脑膜下出血。随机分为阿立哌唑组24例，男11例，女13例，平均年龄（77．03±7．80）岁，平均病程（3．41±2．68）年，
