公众接受政府门户网站的影响因素研究 被引量:17

摘要 电子政务系统的成功不仅取决于技术因素,更取决于用户的接受。本文以计划行为理论(TPB)和技术接受模型(TAM)为基础,建立分析公众接受政府门户网站影响因素的理论模型和假设,通过调查获取了225份有效问卷,运用SPSS和LISREL软件进行数据分析和假设检验,结果表明:模型能够解释公众使用意向的方差为58.3%;影响公众接受政府门户网站的主要因素包括感知有用性、信任、感知易用性、外部影响、人际影响、自我效能和便利条件。最后,提出了促进公众接受政府门户网站的若干建议。 The success of e-government system depends not only on technical factors,but also depends on the user's acceptance.On the basis of theory of planned behavior(TPB) and the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) the theoretical model and assumptions of analyzing the factors that affect public accept the government portal were established.We obtained 225 valid questionnaires through the survey,and use SPSS and LISREL software for data analysis and hypothesis testing.The results showed that: the theoretical model can explain the variance of 58.3% of the use intention;The main factors that affecting public acceptance of government portal include perceived usefulness,trust,perceived ease of use,external influence,interpersonal influence,self-efficacy and facilitating conditions.Finally,recommendations of promoting public acceptance were proposed.
