综合化进程中地方高师院校教师教育模式改革探议

On the Reform of Teacher Education Modes in Local Teachers'Colleges in the Integration Process

地方高师院校如何在推动自身综合化建设进程的同时,推进教师教育专业化,以保持和弘扬教师教育之特色,乃其当务之急。近年来,我国部分高师院校设置了专门教育机构,探索实践了各具特色的发展模式。笔者在比较分析现行教师教育改革模式及其所遇问题的基础上,对推进我国地方高师院校教师教育模式改革和"教师教育学院"建设作了初步探讨。

It is vitally important that local teachers＇ colleges improve the professionalization of teacher education while propelling their own integration construction,in order to maintain and advance the distinguishing features of their teacher education.In recent years,some local teachers＇ colleges have specially set up educational institutions,studying and practising different development modes with their own features.In this paper,the author makes a comparative analysis on existing reforming modes of teacher education and the problems encountered.Based on the analysis,a tentative study on the reform of teacher education in local teachers＇ colleges in China and the construction of ＂Teacher Education College＂ is made.
