中文版护理工作环境量表的信效度研究

Reliability and vadility of Chinese version of the Practice Enviroment Scale

目的评价中文版护理工作环境量表(Practice Environment Scale,PES)信、效度。方法采用经Brislin法翻译和文化调适的中文版PES,对858名临床护士进行调查,并对结果进行信、效度分析。结果中文版PES的Cronbach'sα系数为0.91,分量表的Cronbach'sα系数0.67～0.79。总量表重测信度为0.84,内容效度是0.94。分量表与总量表得分之间的相关系数为0.62～0.88。因子分析抽取的6个因子共解释总变异的53.36%。结论中文版PES具有较高的信、效度,可用于中国护理工作环境的研究。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Practice Environment Scale（PES）.Methods The Practice Environment Scale was translated and adapted according to Chinese culture.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of PES was tested in 858 nurses.Results The Cronbach＇s α of PES was 0.91 and the Cronbach＇s α of each subscale was ranged from 0.67 to 0.79.The test-retest reliability was 0.84 and the content validity was 0.94.The correlations between each subscale and total scale were ranged from 0.62 to 0.88.Six factors were extracted by factor analysis and could explain 53.36% of the total variance.Conclusion Chinese version of PES is reliable and valid,and can be used in the research of Chinese nursing work environment.
