“姜蛭颗粒剂”治疗风痰血瘀型急性脑卒中临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment for acutely cerebral stroke of Fengtan Xueyu(风痰血瘀) type with Jiangzhi Granules(姜蛭颗粒剂)

目的：观察“姜蛭颗粒剂”治疗风痰血瘀型急性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法：将６６ 例急性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组（３３ 例）和对照组（３３ 例），２ 组基础疗法（给氧，降颅压，控制血压，维持水、电解质平衡，给予脑细胞活化剂等）相同，治疗组加口服或鼻饲“姜蛭颗粒剂”。２ 组治疗前后分别进行神经功能缺损评分，比较临床疗效。结果：治疗组临床疗效总有效率（９３９４％ ）明显高于对照组（７２７３％ ），２ 组比较有显著性差异（χ２＝ ８６５，Ｐ＜ ００５）；２ 组神经功能缺损评分治疗后有不同程度下降，但治疗组〔（１３８４±５３９）分〕明显低于对照组〔（１８８１±８４４）分，Ｐ＜ ００１〕。治疗组无论对缺血性脑卒中还是出血性脑卒中都有肯定的疗效，治疗组生存率明显提高，致残率降低。结论：姜蛭颗粒剂可降低急性脑卒中患者的病死率及病残率，提高患者的生存质量，是治疗急性脑出血和脑梗死的安全、有效的药物，值得推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinically curative effects of Jiangzhi Granules(姜蛭颗粒剂) on acutely cerebral stroke(ACS) of Fengtan Xueyu(风痰血瘀) type.Methods:66 cases with ACS were randomly divided into treatment group ( n =33) and control group ( n =33).The basic therapy (including inhaling oxygen,depressing intracranial pressure,controlling blood pressure,keeping water and electrolyte balance,giving activate drugs of brain cells and so on) was same for two groups.In treatment group Jiangzhi Granules po or via nasal feed were added.Before and after therapy in two groups the scores of nervous functional defects were carried out separately and the clincially curative effects were compared.Results:In treatment group the clinically total effective rate (93 94%) was markedly higher than that (72 73%) in control group and in comparison between two groups the difference was significant(χ 2=8 65, P <0 05).In two groups the score of nervous functional defects after therapy was depressed in different extent but in treatment group it 〔(13 84±5 39)scores〕 was significantly lower than that 〔(18 81±8 44)scores〕 in control group ( P <0 01).In treatment group the curative effects were confirmed not only for ischemic stroke but also for haemorrhagic stroke furthermore in treatment group the survival rate was obviously increased while the disable rate was depressed.Conclusions:The Jiangzhi Granules are able to decrease the morbility rate and disability rate as well as to heighten the life quality in patients with ACS.It is a safe and effective drug for treating acutely cerebral haemorrhage or infarction and worth to spread.
