摘要良性前列腺增生症（benign hypertrophy of prostate,BPH）是中老年男性的一种常见病症。经尿道前列腺电切术（transurethral electroresection of prostate,TURP）是目前治疗BPH的金标准[1]。术后出血是TURP最常见的并发症之一,出血较多时往往病情危急,影响预后。及时查找出血原因,
