摘要 针对生产线和贴片机上对柔性电路板进行运动图像检测的要求,提出一种以ADIBlackfin533型DSP为处理器核心,高速线阵CCD为传感器的视觉检测系统,通过PPI+DMA协调工作的方式,实现图像采集、数据搬运和快速循环存取,采用快速局部自动阈值分割算法,完成图像分割检测。实验结果表明系统能快速准确地完成图像分割,实现视觉检测的功能。 Considering the requirement of detection of flexible printed circuit motion pictures,this paper proposed an approach of implementation of visual detection system based on Blackfin533 DSP platform and linear CCD sensor.The system achieved image acquisition,data migration and rapid cycling image storage through the coordination of the PPI and DMA,and completed the image segmentation by using the fast partial automatic threshold segmentation algorithm.Experimental results show that the system can quickly and accurately complete the image segmentation and implement the visual detection.
