摘要
针对某装备六挡双离合器自动变速器(dual clutch automatic transmission,DCT)车辆,对DCT变速器不同的换挡规律进行了探讨计算,建立了考虑DCT变速器动态特性的传动系统及整车模型,通过离线仿真比较分析了换挡规律对DCT样车性能(包括百公里加速时间和百公里油耗)的影响,并基于dSPACE硬件在环仿真试验对DCT的换挡特性进行了初步验证和参数标定优化工作。
Different shift schedules were calculated for a car with 6-gear DCT.Considering the DCT's dynamic performance,a powertrain system and vehicle models were built.Different shift schedules' influences on DCT prototype vehicle were compared and analyzed by the simulations.In addition,hardware in the loop simulation based on the dSPACE was also done to verify the shift strategy and optimize the control parameters.
