摘要
针对自动变速器在复杂路面情况下很难进行较好的路面识别,导致换挡规律很难适应路面状况的问题,文章从汽车动力学的角度,对其进行建模分析;提出了等效坡度概念,提取各种复杂路面共性因素,并进行换档规律研究;利用车辆动力学模型及发动机特性及整车传动系统特性,分析了车辆在特殊路面上行驶规律;分析得出了特殊路面的共性因素,即路面阻力特性,将各种路面的不同归结为路面阻力的不同,包括滚动阻力和坡道阻力,并将这些阻力归结为等效坡道阻力。根据这种方法,在特殊路面上进行测试,自动计算出了路面的等效坡度;制定了特殊路面上的换档规律,进行道路试验,达到了研究目标。
Aimed at the problem that automatic transmission is hard to identify road surface,resulting in the problem that shift schedule is hard to suit the road,the vehicle modeling analysis was performed based on vehicle dynamics.The concept of equivalent slope was put forward to pick up the common factor of complex roads and discuss the shift schedule.Based on vehicle dynamic model,engine performance and vehicle transmission performance,vehicle shift strategy on special road was analyzed.The common factor of special road,i.e.,the road resistance character,was obtained.The difference of different road was summed up as the difference of road resistance,including rolling resistance and slope resistance,and these kinds of resistance were summed up as equivalent slope resistance.Based on this method and experiment on special road,the road equivalent slope was calculated.The shift schedule on special road was worked out,the experiment on road was performed,and the target of the research was achieved.
