用碲涂料替代冷铁解决灰铸铁件缩松的生产应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了消除结构复杂的铸铁件不便采用冒口和放置冷铁的热节处缩松缺陷,利用碲元素具有使金属液急剧冷却、凝固速度急剧加快、并获得致密铸件的特点,配制了碲基涂料进行激冷效果试验。结果发现,碲基涂料使铸件表层产生0.6 mm的白口层和距离表层0.6~6 mm范围内的致密灰口层,距离表层4~6 mm范围内的晶粒明显细化,避免了热节处缩松的产生,解决了铸件渗漏缺陷,并成功地运用在生产上。 In order to eliminate shrinkage defects on the hot spot of the complex structured iron castings,where it is inconvenient to place the riser and the chill irons,tellurium-based coating has been prepared and used,according to the chilling feature of tellurium which can make the molten metal solidified rapidly and get the compact surface of casting.The result indicates that tellurium-based coating makes the chill structure at surface layer in 0.6 mm,and makes the compact layer of gray iron of 0.6~6 mm under the surface layer,and refine the crystal grain obviously in this layer.Thus shrinkage porosity on the hot spots can be prevented,and casting leakage problem can be solved.It has been successfully used in production with very good economic efficiency.
