摘要
阐述了导流电凝聚法处理废水的基本原理。采用该法处理印染废水,通过试验确定了废水电解脱色的最佳工艺条件。处理后印染废水的色度、pH、COD 均达到国家排放标准。该法操作简单,电耗低,产生废渣量少,无二次污染。经济分析结果表明,该法脱除印染废水色度的费用远低于普通投药混凝法和传统电解法。
The fundamental principle of electroflocculation process with guide shell for wastewater treatment is described.The optimum process conditions of electrolytic decolourization for treatment of the dyeing and printing wastewater by the process are determined in the experiment.After treatment the effluent colourity,pH and COD can meet the national discharge standards.The process is characterized by simple operation,lower power consumption,less sludge generation and without secondary pollution.Economic analysis proves that the operation cost for decolourization of the dyeing and printing wastewater by the process is greatly less than that by the conventional coagulation process and by the traditional electrolysis process.
