摘要
本文针对管理信息系统设计存在的问题阐述了自己的观点，着重讨论了系统需求分析、设计的问题，并论述了系统认识、管理控制所涉及的内容。
In this paper,the author expresses his points on the problems in the design of management information system,and discusses the analysis of system demanl and design ,and puts forward the issue of system acknowlegement and management control.
