摘要
为制造高品质铝合金焊丝材料,通过分析单模拉伸条件、拉伸的影响因素、拉伸配模原则、拉伸加工率等对铝合金焊丝拉伸的影响,制订了铝合金焊丝单模拉伸工艺、热处理工艺、多模连拉工艺及机械刮削光亮化工艺。结果表明:当加工率不超过27%、退火温度为(410±10)℃,保温1.5 h,可实现铝合金焊丝的单模拉伸;当2道模具之间的加工率为17%,且道次之间变形率一致时,可实现多模拉伸并可保证产品质量;定径处理后的铝合金焊丝,采用钨钢材料制成刮削模具进行刮削处理,在保证刮削量>0.04 mm、刮削速度不低于8 m/s、控制超声波频率及清洗水温度的情况下,可实现铝合金焊丝的光亮化处理。
By analyzing the single-mode stretching conditions,the impact of factors of tension,tensile modulus with the principle of drawing processing rate of stretching of the aluminum alloy wire,aluminum alloy wire formed single-mode drawing process,heat treatment,multimode process and mechanical shaving with pull bright process.The results showed that when the processing rate of no more than 27%,annealing temperature of(410 ±10)℃/heating 1.5 h,enabling single-mode aluminum wire drawing smooth.Between the two mold processing rate of 17% and pass the same between the deformation rate,could be stretched to achieve multi-mode and ensure product quality.Sizing treated aluminum alloy wire,made of tungsten steel scrapers to scrape mold processing,ensuring the scrape greater than 0.04 mm,scraping speed of not less than 8 m/s,control of ultrasonic frequency and cleaning the water temperature case,enables processing of light aluminum alloy wire.
