摘要
产学研合作教育是高校实施素质教育,提高人才培养质量的有效方法,教学(教)、科研(科)和生产实践(企)是产学研合作的手段和方式。本文结合我校实际,对食品专业教科企合作培养的具体措施和成效进行了探讨和分析。
The cooperative educational model of enterprise, university and research is an effective method for implementing quality education and improving talent training quality. Teaching, scientific., research and production practice are the cooperation methods and ways. This article, combining with the reality of our university, analyzes and discusses the concrete measures and effect of cooperative education of enterprise, university and research for food speciality.
