摘要
对我国浓香型大曲产业发展做了简要概述,包括浓香型大曲产地气候、生产企业,以及制曲原料标准、制曲生态园的建设和机械化制曲的现状等。同时介绍了制曲行业相关标准的研究,并展望了制曲产业今后发展中需要改进的一些措施。
The industrial development of Luzhou-flavor Daqu in China was briefly introduced including the climate of the main producing area,manufacturing enterprises,raw materials standards for Daqu-making,the construction of Daqu-making ecological garden,and the present status of mechanized Daqu-making etc.Meanwhile,the related standards for Daqu-making industry were also introduced,and the measures necessary for further development of Daqu-making industry were also put forward.
